I have applied for the NRG Battle – World Edition but didn''t get a confirmation mail.
The confirmation mail is send out automatically to the e-mail address you provided. Make sure you take good care in filling out the address. If you have not received the confirmation mail make sure you check your Spam (or similar) folder. Since it’s an automated mail some providers flag it as Spam.

My University and/or Study is not in the drop down list.
Not all universities and studies are listed by default. You can add your own university and study by pressing the green plus mark next to the drop down menu. Once you''ve added your university it will show up for future applicants from the same university.

What is a (College) ID?
The College ID file upload refers to the student card provided to you by your university. If you are a fresh graduate or your College ID does not have a picture on it you can also choose to upload a passport, ID Card or driver’s license. This document is meant for us, the organisation, to make sure you are who you say you are. A college ID would also serve the purpose of making sure you went to the university you said you did. This part of the profile will only be available for us, not the companies, and is for aforementioned reason alone.

My profile is at 70% what do I do next?
Once your profile reaches 70% completion we are prompted to send you a Personality Test. We have to set this up manually, this may take some time.
You will receive an e-mail notification with instructions once a personality test has been prepared for you.

I have completed my personality test but my profile is still at 70%
Once you’ve completed your personality test the organisation of the NRG Battle – World Edition is sent the results. They will have to interpret these results and upload them to your profile. This has to be done manually and due to the great interest in the NRG Battle – World Edition this might take some time. Your profile will reach 100% when the results have been uploaded. The sooner you complete the test the quicker the results are processed.

My profile is at 100%, what do I do next?
Once your profile is 100% you’re ready to be selected by one of the competing companies. There is nothing else you need to do from your end until you''re invited by one of the companies to participate in their team.
